Workplace Bullying

           Bullying can have a different impact on everyone. Bullying doesn't only occur with children or teenagers. It also happens to adults, it can happen to anyone. There something called workplace bullying that can affect the way that one acts. Workplace bullying is bullying that occurs by adults, in the way that power can be used against each other. They would use their amount of power against each other which causes problems which can lead to people being offended. Being offended is a  way of aggressiveness and isn't a good way of reacting with each other especially on a job. So to prevent all of this from happening, a good way is to treat everyone like equal, and with the same rights and especially respect. A good saying is, "treat everyone how you want to be treated."
